The team that I had was amazing from general contractor to design specialist. Fire Reconstruction was amazing. My home caught fire due to a lightening storm in May of 2024 and I was in contact with Fire Reconstruction almost immediately. From the onset of our first meeting my fears began to diminish. One of there slogans or motos is “better than before”. And they did just that. They made my home feel better than before. I told them my vision and they made it a reality. My home was demolished and rebuilt in record time and it was truly better feeling and better looking than before, down to all of the finishes inside and out. Jeremias, Danielle, Maria as well as Mr Hoffart himself, they were all just a phone call away. This difficult time in my life was made a little easier and a little less stressful due to the amazing customer service, concern for my needs and professionalism of Fire Reconstruction.

Had great experience with them. Jason Tarquino ( project manager) is the best . Great work , great communication, understanding. Good team work. Thanks to each one of you who helped us especially Jason & David .

My family had the absolute best experience with the crews from Fire Reconstruction Inc. Luis Castillo, Cody and Aldo were my direct contacts and they helped make what was an awful situation so much better. Our whole home flooded due to a cracked tank and all of our floors ruined. Fire reconstruction Inc were contracted through our insurance, did a complete pack-out, and then a pack-in once we had a home to bring everything back to several weeks later. They were kind, considerate, efficient, and so hard working. I hope to never be in this type of situation again, but should I, or anyone I know ever need this type of service, I will recommend them a hundred times over. They were the one bright spot in a very stressful situation.

Great crews, Great service, Great Communication. This restoration company handled our water loss with care and expertise. From communication with my insurance, to coming out after a storm to make re-install the tarp to prevent I terror damage, this company handled everything and exceeded my expectations. While ill hopefully never need a restoration companies services, I can hands down say this is who I will call if the need arises.

Had water damage from a leaking fireplace from a home we purchased. Insurance contacted Fire Reconstruction to do the work. It was a lengthy process with challenges, but a couple of months after the repair, we revisited moisture and sweating walls. The company contacted us and is making it right. Thankfully, it's not as bad as I predicted it would be, but more investigation will be done. Hopefully, everything gets fixed, and we don't have to revisit moisture in the walls. Originally, my review was negative on the company. But swift action was taken to make it right. Management was very understanding and considerate of our situation.

This is a first class operation run by great people. Everyone I have interacted with there conducts themselves professionally, and respectfully. All around a great experience.

I never had to deal with water damage before until a water line broke and flooded my kitchen and warped my wood floors. This required replacing all the wood floor in the house, base boards, kitchen island, etc. Fire Reconstruction arrived at the house, made their survey and assessment and began working systematically to get my house back to normal as quickly as possible. Every member of the team from the tear out to the final touches with paint were professional and helpful. There were no problems with installation and everything looks good. I would recommend Fire Reconstruction Inc. for any reconstruction needed from water damage.

I can’t say enough nice things about this company. They helped us with Fire Smoke and water damage in 2022-2023. Everyone and I mean everyone that I have talked to whether in person or on the phone has been polite, helpful and true to their word. Travis, omg, he’s such a sweet kind honest man. True to his word. He’s just adorable. 🥰 But I think he’s married. Sorry ladies. Lol. Also John, he is a great, always responded in a timely manner to my texts and calls. Ms Maria W, 🤗 always nice to me when I would drop by to make payments. They always had time to chat with me for a bit. They never “rushed” me. Always had time to answer questions. And , I’m happy with the work they did. No complaints. Luv these folks. ❤️❤️❤️

Fire Reconstruction helped us immensely when we had severe water damage in our home. They arrived within hours of our call and stayed with us for the months it took to fix everything. The company is well organized and has capable personnel in charge of each different aspect of the process. We were very happy with their work.

I highly recommend Fire Restoration, our home had a fire due to a lightning strike. I didn't know who to turn to so I search the internet and found Fire Restoration and other companies. After interviewing three of them. It was clear Fire Restoration was what we needed. After meeting Jeff one of the owners I decided to move forward. I can’t say enough good things. Not everything went smooth, just like building a house. Things would pop up, but FR saw to it that everything was completed to our satisfaction. Paul Ponette was our project manager with Fire Restoration. Paul did a great job keeping the crew’s schedule and on time. He ensured everything was completed to our satisfaction. Noah our project team lead for the cleanup and pack out was another bright spot. He and his crew were wonderful

We had a gigantic tree fall on the roof of one of our buildings during the hurricane and Fire Restoration came out immediately and helped us not only with the tree but with all the roof damage and water penetration in the building. Life Savers for sure! Thank you Brian Crow for putting up with multiple calls and angry tenants and getting the issues resolved.

Excellent team to work with. Had an issue with a faulty toilet causing flooding. Fire Reconstruction did the mitigation, and they were so good we went with them for full repairs as well. We had an issue with our insurance and they helped us handle that as well so we could get the work taken care of. Our home looks like nothing ever happened. Seriously great group to work with. Shout out to Darren, Austin, Travis, and William for a stellar job.

Unfortunately my house burnt down but fire reconstruction treated us like family and made the reconstruction process smooth as could be.
