If you have the most unfortunate event of a fire happen to you, I'd recommend FRI. I admire that this is a veteran owned company. After meeting with one of the owners, Darren, I instantly knew I was in good hands. They care about every step of the difficult process of getting my home back to where it was...actually, so much better than it was. They helped with the design of my new kitchen - colors, stone, granite, flooring...it all flows so well! Loves it! ❤️

Fire Reconstruction, Inc handled my recent plumbing issue. Although it is a disruption to deal with any home inconvenience, Fire Reconstruction made the process easier with its communication, experience in design, and quality workmanship. God forbid this ever happens to me again but if it does, I would definitely call Fire Reconstruction!

When I needed water mitigation services, I was fortunate to work with Fire Reconstruction Inc. (FRI), and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the experience. Chris McDermott was the main person overseeing the project. From the very beginning, he was patient, understanding, and always willing to answer my questions. What impressed me most was his honesty. He carefully evaluated the damage and gave straightforward opinions about what truly needed to be replaced and what could realistically be salvaged. Before speaking with Chris, I had already consulted my contractor, and without knowing that, Chris reached the same conclusions independently. That gave me great confidence in his expertise and integrity. Chris checked on me daily throughout the process and made sure everything stayed on track. He also sent an outstanding crew to remove the damaged portions of my kitchen. Julio and Romiro were exceptional. They carefully covered and protected everything before beginning work and took great care while removing the damaged materials. They brought in the necessary dehumidifiers and fans to properly dry the affected areas and worked efficiently throughout the process. What stood out most was their attention to detail and respect for my home. When they finished, they cleaned up thoroughly and left no trace of their work. They were true professionals and a pleasure to have in my home during a stressful situation. I would also like to recognize Dwayne Addison, who was the final FRI representative I worked with when it came time to remove the equipment. Dwayne was patient, careful, efficient, and highly professional. He took the time to answer my questions and ensured everything was handled properly. The entire team at FRI demonstrated professionalism, honesty, excellent communication, and genuine care for their customers. Water damage is never easy to deal with, but Chris, Julio, Romiro, and Dwayne made the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. I highly recommend Fire Reconstruction Inc. to anyone in need of mitigation or restoration services.

We are in the mist of remodel after our home was struck by lightning and caught fire. Lisa Sanders has been so helpful through this whole process. From the minute we spoke I knew Lisa would be someone I could work with and guide us in the right direction. This company and their crew are excellent at what they do . They were always helpful, answered all my questions and help us in the process of our home recovery.
