I had a kitchen fire on 07/26/2025 and I chose FRI for the reconstruction. There were 2 guys that I dealt with during the restoration process. Williams Perez was a Project Manager. He was very professional, always answered my questions and concerns. I asked him for modifications to my kitchen and he was very helpful and worked with me in every aspect. And he was always answered my phone calls. Luis Castillo, he deals with estimates and mitigation. He was very polite and professional. He also always replied to my messages and tried to work with me during this hardship. We had difficulty with communication with my insurance adjuster, and Luis was helping me to get the claim processed clearly justified. Overall with the whole team of FRI, I am very impressed and satisfied with them. 😊

Jason Sloan is amazing! He has been on top of things and went above and beyond to push things along for us. We really appreciated him and would love to come back for more business!

Willam Perez was the project manager over the reconstruction of my home at 607 S Heights St in LaMarque, Tx. He was a life saver a great person to work with, but most of all he dod what he said he would do, he went above and beyond to make our house a home again and i will forever owe a debt of gratitude to him for the people that he used to reconstruct my home. So if you want someone to be over any project from a fire are water damage call fire and reconstruction and ask for William Perez to oversee it

The job is finished and it was quite a process. The contents manager, Luis Castillo and project manager, Brandon Boone, were excellent to work with...and I am not a push-over. They were both professional, explained the process, and were there to answer questions and offer support whenever I needed them to. I highly recommend both of them as they are very capable and competent, as well as understanding of the insurance process. I appreciate you both!

On March 17 2025 my home caught on fire at 7:00 AM and i was in disappointed and sad. The place that i enjoyed the most was destroyed. I called the insurance company to start the claim process and from time the fire department was at my home people were in my yard handing me cards and cards to hire them to do the work. I started taking pictures of all the damages and all my content to keep a record, then we started getting our clothes and things that we thought we could save, everyday we would clean up debris, it was depression. I would have people calling coming by my home to try and scam me, i would have people who would meet to look at the damage to give me a estimate and i would here back from them. I start searching to see who I could hire to get me back in my home, i found fire and reconstruction, called the number and someone took my number down, with in 3 minutes, Jeff called me and i was telling him what happened and he asked me if we could meet so he could survey the damages. To make this story that is already long I met their entire team and these people do what they say they going to do, they push for you and fight for you, On August 31,2025 I am back in A home that is brand new, To the staff and the owners, to every person that did something in my home, whatever it maybe, thank you for making a bad situation that occurred to me and my family into a moment that we can move forward and be grateful for years to come. To anyone who find yourself with fire water or mold damage, don't waste any time calling anyone but Fire reconstruction they will take care of you. Thank you from the bottom of my heart I owe it to these great people that i went with my first mind and was comfortable with hiring them, to you Jeff i will never forget you man and we will always hold you in my heart

Noah and his team helped me in Jan 2025, and I appreciate their help! I had two leaks in my kitchen ceiling caused by rats chewing through water pipes, and Fire Reconstruction was appointed by my Home Insurance provider. They were very prompt and throughly professional. They assessed where I had water (walls, ceiling, floors) and removed drywall after putting up very effective (and super cool!) barriers to contain dust. They the. placed fans and dehumidifiers to mitigate damage from the damp and checked every day to track progress. I had a second leak 2 days after they removed their equipment (darn rats!) and they promptly repeated the process. Their reconstruction team had been in touch regularly to refinish the drywall and paint, and have been very flexible when I asked to hold off until my exterminators confirm that the home is rat-free. Overall, super happy with their timeliness and professionalism. Update: William and his reconstruction team have just completed installing and finishing the walls and ceiling. I am amazed by the care his team took every step of the way! Also, they were super flexible to work around my schedule. The quality of work is really good and the team was wonderful. I hope the rats won’t cause any further damage as all the hard work both teams have put in is too good perfect to redo! Thanks, team!

From the initial contact about our projects through the conclusion everything was done in a professional, courteous, and friendly manner. I hired them for a mold remediation job which uncovered rusted steel studs on the wall. They repaired it all. The finished walls looked perfect. It was all done on time and on budget. I highly recommend them.

This will be a looooooong review but worth the read! September 2024 a vehicle hit my home 4x in a row. I didn't know what to do. A literal gaping hole was torn into my home, the main water line was severed and a load bearing corner was gone. After the police, first responders and neighborhood onlookers were gone I got no sleep because my home was vulnerable. The next day starting at 5am people started pulling up leaving business cards for restoration services. I was overwhelmed. Mark Craft Business Development Mgr. was the last person to arrive and patiently waited. He approached respectfully and kindly with a folder and was the only one who asked me how I was. Long story short I knew nothing about the process of restorative services and asked how much would something like that even cost? Mark said oh goodness nothing, we bill your insurance directly. He allowed me to think about it. I called him 3hrs. later and he stated he could have a crew at my house in about 30 minutes who could have my home at least cleaned up and secured by the end of the day! I chose Fire Reconstruction Inc. for both my clean up, securing and as my restoration contractors. The process has been seamless. Each situation is different and just trust the process. It takes only an instant for your biggest investment to be nearly destroyed, don't expect an overnight fix unless you prefer it to be cheaply done, and rushed. Each of the crews that did the work on my home were skilled artisans in their specific crafts. Framing, sheetrock, painting, installations, windows, framing, brick work, clean up, removal, garages, pack ups and pack outs, removal and return of contents, walk throughs, inspections, administration and billing... there's many moving parts and teams and leads and they keep all these parts moving and keep you informed. I'm so grateful to Project Manager Thomas Lowry, Rocky Allen Estimator, Jessica Kelley File Manager, Luis Castillo Bricen Restoration and Each and every single craftsman on each of the crews special shout out to Jose Repalo Mercado.. If I forgot anyone, please charge it to my head and not my heart. Kindly, and in community. THANK YOU. After a water pipe bust in my house the fire Recon team was sent out by my insurance company. They did a great job with the mitigation and reconstruction. My home looks great!

We hired FRI after several areas in our church buildings sustained water damage during Hurricane Beryl. Brian Crow was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. He went above and beyond to secure a commercial generator and get crews onsite within 24 hours of contact to begin the clean up. When issues were identified, Brian was extremely responsive and quickly addressed them. I highly recommend Brian and his team at FRI!
