Wonderful company! Quick response and professional service. They restored our home after a kitchen fire, and it looks better than it did before the fire. Thomas and his crew were great. They were very patient with us as this was our first time, and we had lots of questions. The owners even made themselves available to us which said a lot. We would definitely recommend this company if anyone ever needs restoration services.

We had a leaking AC that caused the ceiling to cave. FRI restoration came in and got to work on the clean up to get us ready for the next steps . Colton was quick and efficient, he explained things to me and made sure I understood the processbecause my husband had to go out of town so I had to meet him to finish things up . Colton was great !

I had a great experience working with Luis. He’s patient and takes his time to make sure you understand what the best next step is!

Comment: We turned our problem over to FRI and they gathered the various teams and expertise that was required to do the job. Chris McDermott, our FRI project organizer was exceptional in determining the best course to take and gathering the needed resources.\r\nAll work was done very timely and was of exceptional quality. Schedules were always met and the members of the teams were a pleasure to work with. They made a real effort to accomplish a quality result at the lowest possible cost. We would definitely call Chris and FRI again if the need arises.

Darren and the team FRI were amazing, on time, perfect work and most of all great communications.

After dealing with unexpected water damage, I was overwhelmed with the process of restoration. This company made a stressful situation much more manageable. They are clearly experts at navigating insurance requirements, which saved me a lot of headaches. A huge thank you to Sharon, the lead on my project. She was incredibly professional and polite from day one. She handled my home with such genuine care and attention to detail that I felt immediate peace of mind. It’s rare to find a team that treats your property as if it were their own, especially after a tragedy. If you're in Texas and need a reliable restoration team, I can’t recommend them enough.
