My condo was flooded from a broken water pipe in November 2024. Fire Reconstruction (FR) reached out to me for remediation, and with the approval of my insurance company, I went with them. Having not experienced anything of this kind before and having no idea what to expect, I was so grateful to everyone I met and consulted and worked with. From the pack-out ladies who packed everything in my entire home, and those who prepared my furniture and possessions for moving and storage, to the demo crew, the rebuild crew, the pack-back ladies and movers, I was advised every step of the way by Luis Castillo and William Perez, and Rocky and Jason. Every step was planned, and work done and completed by such a competent, skilled workforce that I had no complaints or need to be involved other than asking and answering questions and going by my condo once or twice a week to see the progress. I was out of my home for six and a half months. Fire Reconstruction maintained communication with me throughout, and since. They worked well with my insurance company, my condo complex management, me and my neighbors. The work this company did in putting my home back together is difficult to find because it was done so well. The personnel I met were all professional, pleasant, diligent, and respectful, and worked from the moment they arrived, which was generally on time and occasionally early, until they left for the day, taking only a short lunch break between. My home was returned to near pre-flood status through FR's photos, notes, and careful box labeling. There were items like books and tchotchkes that I needed to reorganize a little, and a repair to my washing machine was handled quickly. I am completely satisfied with the experience of working with Fire Reconstruction and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing a remediation company.

I had a kitchen fire on 07/26/2025 and I chose FRI for the reconstruction. There were 2 guys that I dealt with during the restoration process. Williams Perez was a Project Manager. He was very professional, always answered my questions and concerns. I asked him for modifications to my kitchen and he was very helpful and worked with me in every aspect. And he was always answered my phone calls. Luis Castillo, he deals with estimates and mitigation. He was very polite and professional. He also always replied to my messages and tried to work with me during this hardship. We had difficulty with communication with my insurance adjuster, and Luis was helping me to get the claim processed clearly justified. Overall with the whole team of FRI, I am very impressed and satisfied with them. 😊

Willam Perez was the project manager over the reconstruction of my home at 607 S Heights St in LaMarque, Tx. He was a life saver a great person to work with, but most of all he dod what he said he would do, he went above and beyond to make our house a home again and i will forever owe a debt of gratitude to him for the people that he used to reconstruct my home. So if you want someone to be over any project from a fire are water damage call fire and reconstruction and ask for William Perez to oversee it

Noah and his team helped me in Jan 2025, and I appreciate their help! I had two leaks in my kitchen ceiling caused by rats chewing through water pipes, and Fire Reconstruction was appointed by my Home Insurance provider. They were very prompt and throughly professional. They assessed where I had water (walls, ceiling, floors) and removed drywall after putting up very effective (and super cool!) barriers to contain dust. They the. placed fans and dehumidifiers to mitigate damage from the damp and checked every day to track progress. I had a second leak 2 days after they removed their equipment (darn rats!) and they promptly repeated the process. Their reconstruction team had been in touch regularly to refinish the drywall and paint, and have been very flexible when I asked to hold off until my exterminators confirm that the home is rat-free. Overall, super happy with their timeliness and professionalism. Update: William and his reconstruction team have just completed installing and finishing the walls and ceiling. I am amazed by the care his team took every step of the way! Also, they were super flexible to work around my schedule. The quality of work is really good and the team was wonderful. I hope the rats won’t cause any further damage as all the hard work both teams have put in is too good perfect to redo! Thanks, team!

Excellent team to work with. Had an issue with a faulty toilet causing flooding. Fire Reconstruction did the mitigation, and they were so good we went with them for full repairs as well. We had an issue with our insurance and they helped us handle that as well so we could get the work taken care of. Our home looks like nothing ever happened. Seriously great group to work with. Shout out to Darren, Austin, Travis, and William for a stellar job.
