On March 17 2025 my home caught on fire at 7:00 AM and i was in disappointed and sad. The place that i enjoyed the most was destroyed. I called the insurance company to start the claim process and from time the fire department was at my home people were in my yard handing me cards and cards to hire them to do the work. I started taking pictures of all the damages and all my content to keep a record, then we started getting our clothes and things that we thought we could save, everyday we would clean up debris, it was depression. I would have people calling coming by my home to try and scam me, i would have people who would meet to look at the damage to give me a estimate and i would here back from them. I start searching to see who I could hire to get me back in my home, i found fire and reconstruction, called the number and someone took my number down, with in 3 minutes, Jeff called me and i was telling him what happened and he asked me if we could meet so he could survey the damages. To make this story that is already long I met their entire team and these people do what they say they going to do, they push for you and fight for you, On August 31,2025 I am back in A home that is brand new, To the staff and the owners, to every person that did something in my home, whatever it maybe, thank you for making a bad situation that occurred to me and my family into a moment that we can move forward and be grateful for years to come. To anyone who find yourself with fire water or mold damage, don't waste any time calling anyone but Fire reconstruction they will take care of you. Thank you from the bottom of my heart I owe it to these great people that i went with my first mind and was comfortable with hiring them, to you Jeff i will never forget you man and we will always hold you in my heart

I highly recommend Fire Restoration, our home had a fire due to a lightning strike. I didn't know who to turn to so I search the internet and found Fire Restoration and other companies. After interviewing three of them. It was clear Fire Restoration was what we needed. After meeting Jeff one of the owners I decided to move forward. I can’t say enough good things. Not everything went smooth, just like building a house. Things would pop up, but FR saw to it that everything was completed to our satisfaction. Paul Ponette was our project manager with Fire Restoration. Paul did a great job keeping the crew’s schedule and on time. He ensured everything was completed to our satisfaction. Noah our project team lead for the cleanup and pack out was another bright spot. He and his crew were wonderful
