• Comment: When I needed water mitigation services, I was fortunate to work with Fire Reconstruction Inc. (FRI), and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the experience. Chris McDermott was the main person overseeing the project. From the very beginning, he was patient, understanding, and always willing to answer my questions. What impressed me most was his honesty. He carefully evaluated the damage and gave straightforward opinions about what truly needed to be replaced and what could realistically be salvaged. Before speaking with Chris, I had already consulted my contractor, and without knowing that, Chris reached the same conclusions independently. That gave me great confidence in his expertise and integrity. Chris checked on me daily throughout the process and made sure everything stayed on track. He also sent an outstanding crew to remove the damaged portions of my kitchen. Julio and Romiro were exceptional. They carefully covered and protected everything before beginning work and took great care while removing the damaged materials. They brought in the necessary dehumidifiers and fans to properly dry the affected areas and worked efficiently throughout the process. What stood out most was their attention to detail and respect for my home. When they finished, they cleaned up thoroughly and left no trace of their work. They were true professionals and a pleasure to have in my home during a stressful situation. I would also like to recognize Dwayne Addison, who was the final FRI representative I worked with when it came time to remove the equipment. Dwayne was patient, careful, efficient, and highly professional. He took the time to answer my questions and ensured everything was handled properly. The entire team at FRI demonstrated professionalism, honesty, excellent communication, and genuine care for their customers. Water damage is never easy to deal with, but Chris, Julio, Romiro, and Dwayne made the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. I highly recommend Fire Reconstruction Inc. to anyone in need of mitigation or restoration services.
