• Comment: This will be a looooooong review but worth the read! September 2024 a vehicle hit my home 4x in a row. I didn't know what to do. A literal gaping hole was torn into my home, the main water line was severed and a load bearing corner was gone. After the police, first responders and neighborhood onlookers were gone I got no sleep because my home was vulnerable. The next day starting at 5am people started pulling up leaving business cards for restoration services. I was overwhelmed. Mark Craft Business Development Mgr. was the last person to arrive and patiently waited. He approached respectfully and kindly with a folder and was the only one who asked me how I was. Long story short I knew nothing about the process of restorative services and asked how much would something like that even cost? Mark said oh goodness nothing, we bill your insurance directly. He allowed me to think about it. I called him 3hrs. later and he stated he could have a crew at my house in about 30 minutes who could have my home at least cleaned up and secured by the end of the day!
  I chose Fire Reconstruction Inc. for both my clean up, securing and as my restoration contractors. The process has been seamless. Each situation is different and just trust the process. It takes only an instant for your biggest investment to be nearly destroyed, don't expect an overnight fix unless you prefer it to be cheaply done, and rushed. Each of the crews that did the work on my home were skilled artisans in their specific crafts. Framing, sheetrock, painting, installations, windows, framing, brick work, clean up, removal, garages, pack ups and pack outs, removal and return of contents, walk throughs, inspections, administration and billing... there's many moving parts and teams and leads and they keep all these parts moving and keep you informed. I'm so grateful to Project Manager Thomas Lowry, Rocky Allen Estimator, Jessica Kelley File Manager, Luis Castillo Bricen Restoration and Each and every single craftsman on each of the crews special shout out to Jose Repalo Mercado.. If I forgot anyone, please charge it to my head and not my heart. Kindly, and in community. THANK YOU. I recommend this company and check to see if they are a preferred vendor with your insurance company it also helps the process. 🩷🫶🏼
