- Comment: Willam Perez was the project manager over the reconstruction of my home at 607 S Heights St in LaMarque, Tx. He was a life saver a great person to work with, but most of all he dod what he said he would do, he went above and beyond to make our house a home again and i will forever owe a debt of gratitude to him for the people that he used to reconstruct my home. So if you want someone to be over any project from a fire are water damage call fire and reconstruction and ask for William Perez to oversee it
